Professor Olukonyinsola Ajayi, SAN, is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and a Partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, with over four decades of experience spanning litigation, arbitration, and transactional legal practice. 

He has advised on a broad range of matters, including banking, project finance, capital markets, power, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, and energy and natural resources. He also has extensive experience in high-value dispute resolution.

Professor Ajayi has significant board and governance experience and has served as a director at Leadway Holdings Limited. He has also contributed to public policy and institutional reform, including serving as Chairman of the Capital Market Master Plan Implementation Committee and as a consultant to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa on infrastructure-related initiatives.

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from University of Ife, and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
