Mallam Mustapha Ibrahim is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over 35 years of experience across banking, manufacturing, and the oil and gas sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Corporate Treasurers Association of Nigeria, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He also holds the Treasury Dealership Certificate issued jointly by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Financial Markets Dealers Association.

Mallam Ibrahim joined the Dangote Group in 2006 and currently serves as Group Chief Treasurer, having previously held senior leadership roles within the Group’s finance function, including Acting Group Chief Finance Officer. Prior to this, he held senior positions at First Bank of Nigeria Limited, including Chief Dealer and Deputy Group Treasurer.

He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Dangote Packaging Limited and Jaiz Bank Plc, where he chairs the Board Investment Committee and serves on key board committees, including governance and finance-related committees.
