President/Chief Executive
Mr. Aliko Dangote is the founder and president/chief executive of the Dangote Group, the largest conglomerate in West Africa. He began his business career in 1978, trading in rice, sugar and cement, before he ventured into full-scale manufacturing.
Vice President, Oil & Gas and Fertiliser
Mr. D.V.G Edwin is the Group Vice President, Oil & Gas and Fertiliser. He started his career in 1978, and he progressed to the level of Managing Director in 1989, in India.
Executive Director, Dangote Family Office and International Offices, Dubai and London
Ms. Halima Aliko-Dangote is the Executive Director, Dangote Family Office and International Offices, Dubai and London. She started her career as a Business Analyst with KPMG Professional Services in Lagos, Nigeria.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sunil-Kumar Chauhan is the Chief Executive Officer of Dangote Fertiliser Limited, where he leads operations of the Fertiliser business.
Director
Mallam Mustapha Ibrahim is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with over 35 years of experience across banking, manufacturing, and the oil and gas sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University.

Ms. Maryam Bashir is an accomplished financial services professional with over 30 years of experience in banking, investment, and corporate governance. She previously served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc from 2014 to 2025, prior to her appointment to the Board of Dangote Fertiliser Limited.

Mr. Ralph Mupita is the Group President and Chief Executive Officer of MTN Group, a leading digital operator with operations across multiple markets in Africa. He was appointed to this role in September 2020, having previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer from 2017.

Professor Olukonyinsola Ajayi, SAN, is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and a Partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, with over four decades of experience spanning litigation, arbitration, and transactional legal practice.
